The flat is perfect for families or groups of friends. It is very bright, as it is located on the first floor, accessed via a staircase. The bedrooms and the living room overlook the patio of the house, very quiet and peaceful.

BEDROOMS

The main bedroom has a 150cm bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with a 120cm and a 90cm bed. They will be dressed with sheets and quilt or duvet depending on the season. In the living room there is a sofa bed.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, Nespresso and Italian coffee machines, induction hob, fridge and all kinds of cooking utensils. We also provide oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, tea and coffee capsules.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a rain shower, WC and washbasin. You will have towels, gel, shampoo and hairdryer at your disposal.

AIR CONDITIONING

The bedroom and the living room have air conditioning for the summer and radiators for the winter.

WASHING MACHINE

The washing machine is in a room in the courtyard and is of common use for the flats of the house. Clothes can be hung out on the terrace or on portable clotheslines for indoors in case of rain.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed inside the flat but you can smoke in the area on the terrace.

PATIO AND TERRACE

The patio and terrace are for the common use of all the guests of the house. If you need to, you can leave your bicycle or pushchair in an area in the courtyard. This area is under video surveillance.
